This summer's biggest beach bash will officially hit the sand when Jimmy Buffett and The Coral Reefer Band head to Atlantic City to perform at Boardwalk Hall on August 24 as part of 'The Year of Still Here Tour 2008!' This show marks a return to the venue for Jimmy who put on the ultimate summer concert for a crowd of Parrotheads at Boardwalk Hall last June. The show is produced by CAESARS Atlantic City.
Off stage, Jimmy's newest three-disc CD/DVD release, Live In Anguilla, lets you feel what a few thousand fans got to experience last March on the Caribbean island of Anguilla: a Jimmy Buffett concert on a tropical island and once-in-a-lifetime intimate performance. The set includes 30 songs - everyone's favorites - plus some special, in-concert rarities.
Scheduled for release this summer is Jimmy's newest book, Swine Not? (Little, Brown and Company), a colorful novel about a Southern family determined to hide their pet pig in a fancy four-star hotel in New York City. Jimmy is one of only nine authors in the history of the New York Times Bestseller List to have reached No. 1 on both their fiction and non-fiction lists.
