As part of Heartland Hospice’s Bereavement
Support Services, we are offering bereavement
Resource and Support Group,
This Four (4) week support group will meet each Tuesday

 Legal Matters: Probating a will, Survivorship information, Tax and Insurance helps after death, POA information.
 Holistic therapy/relaxation helps: Breathing exercises, massage.
 Nutrition & Activities: during a time of Grief.
 Emotional & Spiritual Support: Reflective & Meditation time.
