Great First Impression
Way to go YURI! The sushi was flavorful, well presented and did not take forever (like some other places) to get to us. The tastes were light and delicate, nothing overpowering. The Japanese decor is excellent. The portions were "just right" and we left leaving satisfied, yet wanting to come back and try something different next time. Good Job!
Sushi bar veterans are accustomed to being courted by house specialty rolls and other raw fish creations with fanciful names. They try to seduce (Sex on the Beach Roll), captivate with exotic images (Fire Dragon Roll), even flatter with references to home turf (Cary Parkway Roll). Anything to distinguish their offerings in an increasingly crowded field.
