News & Observer food critic Greg Cox says: Things don't start jumping until late night at this funky restaurant that caters to the young bohemian crowd. But you don't have to wait until the wee hours to enjoy the mostly contemporary Asian fare. Especially recommended are buckwheat noodle salad, bibimbap, lettuce wrap, and ñ even though they aren't Asian ñ empanadas and crab cakes. The vegetarian offering is especially strong. 2-1/2 stars.
