Duke Collegium Musicum presents "Pilgrimage: The Road to Santiago da Compostela"

This concert will feature a program of medieval music in honor of St James, featuring chant and polyphony from the Codex Calixtinus, troubadour songs, and instrumental tunes from the road. Duke's ensemble for early music, directed by Karen Cook, has a repertoire that spans over five centuries, and includes Gregorian chant, Renaissance motets and madrigals, and Baroque sonatas and cantatas. The Collegium Musicum performs both vocal and instrumental music.
