Self Defense and Mixed Martial Arts classes - Kiwanis Recreation Center

Classes blend traditional and contemporary martial arts skills and knowledge from styles like Brazilian Jujitsu, Kenpo, Muay Thai, Karate, Tae Kwon Do, wrestling and Kung Fu. Students will train in self defense, physical fitness, and developing positive self image. Open to children and adults of all skill levels, ages 4 and up. Families welcome!
