Tickets are on sale for the 145th anniversary of the Battle of Bentonville, the state’s largest Civil War re-enactment, set for March 20-21, 2010. Until March 1, tickets are $8 for adults, $4 for children 7-12 (later $10 for adults, $5 children). Kids up to 6 attend free.
Bentonville Battlefield State Historic Site is the state's largest Civil War battlefield. Some 3,500 re-enactors are expected to attend the event (two battles, military and civilian encampments, and educational programs).
