The Hope Mills Branch Library, which opened in June of 1992, is a community-sized branch serving a population of approximately 30,000 in the town of Hope Mills and surrounding areas. The library's four-acre site on Golfview Road was donated by the Town to Cumberland County for the construction of this facility by LSV Partnership, Inc. of Fayetteville. It is situated next to the municipal park, in close proximity to the police and fire stations and town hall on Rockfish Road. The branch features:
