When rebellious street dancer Andie (Briana Evigan) enrolls in the prestigious Maryland School of the Arts, she finds it difficult to fit in. Joining forces with Chase (Robert Hoffman), the hottest dancer at the school, Andie finds a way to merge her old life and the new by forming a team of misfit classmates and training with them to compete in an underground dance contest known as The Streets.

The dance scenes are good.
That's pretty much all that matters when you make a movie like "Step Up 2 The Streets," and maybe if you are watching and you are over 25. The plot can be minimal and contradictory, the acting can be flat. But when the dancing starts, it better be good.
