Laughter Club

Are you looking stressed out, tired, anxious, or out of balance? Do you remember what it was like to laugh with your whole heart and play without a care when you were a child?

The laughter club is held every other month and is usually on the third Wednesday of the month, with the exception of February, when it is on the second Wednesday.
