You've had a long, hard day at work. You're too tired to cook dinner, but you've been spending too much on eating out lately. Besides, you're not up for an epicurean adventure anyway. What you'd really like is something comforting, something like you'd make for yourself at home if you had the energy and the fridge weren't empty.
