If you can overlook the Disney-esque decor of thatched-roof cabanas and palm trees, the "tour guide" servers and the fact that this is a chain restaurant, you are in for a pleasant surprise. Some of the fresh pan-Caribbean flavors include ahi tuna seviche, West Indies patties, fish in a bag, tostone tostada con pescado and Key lime pie. Avoid peak hours (6:30 to 9) or plan on cooling your heels at the bar. (Full review)
