It doesn't hurt, either, to boast a well-trained wait staff, one of the area's top wine lists and a dressy masculine decor of mahogany paneling, frosted glass and sculpted bronze that's suitable for celebrations - which you can top off in the bar with a single malt scotch and a cigar.
