"Ben Berns: Landscape Drawings & Paintings" featuring 25 works by the renown Dutch-born artist who taught at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. This marks the first exhibition of the work of Berns (1936-2007) in 15 years. The show will include his exquisitely detailed drawings ranging in scale from 10 x 12 inches to huge drawings up to 72 x 192 inches. Gallery owner Lee Hansley said of the show, "Never have there been any finer drawings exhibited in this state better than these. Most viewers on initial encounter think the drawings are manipulated photographs but they are simply graphite on paper and they are beautiful," Hansley added.
