6:30pm Dinner Topic .  Dinner Topic. The under utilization of the Pareto principle. We will explore more uses for the Pareto other than the old 80/20 rule. Properly used the Pareto can yield information that can be used as the basis for a U-Chart and even Expanded  into the demerit/unit chart where all defects are not equally important .
