Community Wine Pairing Class
The Chef’s Academy has announced that it will host a Wine and Food Pairing Class on Friday, Feb. 22 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Participants will taste a variety of wines paired with small bites specifically crafted to show which elements of a meal are most important to consider when choosing a corresponding wine. Mary Margaret McCamic, DWS, wine instructor and director of career services, will help attendees see the value in successfully pairing the right wine with restaurant dishes.
