Taylor's Wine Shop

this is a first for me...filling up my car @ Taylor's and the pump would not disengage after the tank was full - resulting in gallons of fuel spewed all over the car, parking lot, witnesses, etc. Initiated emergency shut-off by running into the store to tell the attendant - WHO LATER BLAMED ME FOR USER ERROR! I couldn't believe it - after 14 years of pumping gas, I thought I had it nailed down. According to Taylor's intelligent and well trained attendants, I guess not. This was unbelievable. They refused to reimburse the lost fuel cost, and proceeded to berate me for USER ERROR - so be warned, all of you drivers who aren't quite sure how to use the gas pump, these guys are top notch in customer service, only if you can match their intellect.

I was amazed at the selection and prices of wine at this shop. There is nothing regular about this place. I felt at home first time in and no snobs
