The Duck & Dumpling

From the dramatic red lighting overhead to the black-clad wait staff to the mirrored mahogany bar, the atmosphere at this Asian bistro on Moore Square is urban contemporary. That's just the right mood for the brief but varied pan-Asian bill of fare, which ranges from edamame to moo shu duck. Especially recommended are poached sea scallops, filet mignon Chinois, and any dish featuring the chef's handmade dumplings. Don't miss the flan for dessert.
