Parizade has long been noted for its dramatic high-ceilinged decor in shades of copper and verdigris, and for its contemporary Mediterranean fare such as bouillabaisse, roast duck confit and Moroccan chicken skewers. Increasingly, though, the menu's vegetarian offering has grown, and now offers such a broad range of vegetarian dishes ranging from artichoke and white bean bruschetta to lemon linguine, that the Triangle Vegetarian Society has chose the restaurant to host its all-vegan Thanksgiving dinner for two years running. 'Nuff said.
