Skipper's bills itself as a New England style fish fry, and delivers with some of the best fried seafood around, from oversize fish sandwich to combo platter (you can't go wrong, but the clams and scallops are stellar). Lobster bisque, the chef's specialty, is superb. Steamed seafood, offered only on Tuesdays, is worth marking your calendar. Atmosphere is very casual, with counter service and a dining room decorated in a rustic nautical theme. Lunch and dinner daily.
